A sincere thank you for your interest in this FIRST time event here at the farm! We’re seeking vendors who offer original pieces: art work, handmade goods, repurposed items, vintage finds (including clothing), unique boutique clothing, handmade jewelry/accessories, and garden-related wares. Nothing mass-produced or imported is welcome at this market.
Beehind Thyme Market Days is a two-day event, and is a juried show—an acceptance letter, along with a comprehensive information packet, will be emailed to each exhibitor accepted into the market. It’s very important that all the instructions in the information packet are followed.
This event is a warm, hospitable environment; we ask that everyone take pride in being here and in their particular products and booth space!
Each exhibitor will receive two weekend passes—for the vendor and a staff member. Additional passes will be available for purchase.
This event is planned under the assumption that there will be no inclement weather. However, unfortunately, we have no control over Mother Nature! The event will open, rain OR shine (so we advise bringing sufficient weather protection).
You must supply your own tents and tables (and are responsible for providing the manpower needed for setup and takedown). Tents with logos other than your own exhibitor logo are not allowed. Exhibitors must cover their displays and products overnight. Exhibitors are responsible for keeping their area clean, including cleaning up before leaving. Booth structure and displays must not exceed the dimensions of the assigned area, due to limited space.
We welcome ALL Kentucky Proud products and would be glad to have signage promoting that you’re certified Kentucky Proud!
Exhibitors display at their own risk. Beehind Thyme Farm & Garden and Beehind Thyme Market Days are NOT responsible for damage, theft, loss or injury.
Every exhibitor must complete the application process before being considered and chosen to participate in Beehind Thyme Market Days.
We strive to offer our customers a variety of merchandise. We have a limited amount of spaces per category—no sharing per booth area.
No exhibitors of direct sales at this time. Each exhibitor is responsible for collecting their own sales tax at this event.
By completing and returning this application with the intention of exhibiting at this event, you are certifying that you have read and fully understand all the details set forth, and agree to abide by all exhibiting rules and regulations.
If for any reason an exhibitor cannot attend the event after being accepted, the exhibitor must notify the Beehind Thyme Market Days coordinator in writing or by phone before the show opens, if the exhibitor hopes to be invited back. No refunds will be given.

Electricity is limited. PLEASE state in your application if you require electricity. If so, you must bring your own outdoor extension cord with a minimum recommended length of 100 feet.
